We offer a special nutrition/weight tracking program with your personal trainer to ensure you are getting your daily nutritional requirements and also maintain your desired body weight. You can meet 1-2 times a month, all depending on your personal needs. So if you are already into fitness, and have an already set exercise program that you follow religiously, this option is great for you.
CardioVascular PUMP:
No, we are not sending you back to school for a biology test. This program is crucial for a balanced lifestyle. You can’t just do resistance training or just cardio. We will teach you how to incorporate cardio training to your everyday work-out. A healthy heart is primary to avoid illnesses such as heart attacks, coronary diseases, etc… Running on a treadmill can be boring. We know that all exercises involve some type of cardiovascular training. You have the option of meeting with a personal trainer 1-3 times week. Whether you prefer outdoors fitness routines such as running, jump roping, biking, jogging, walking, or roller-blading, we will help lead you towards excellent aerobic endurance!
